Cant Download Files From IE6

I get an error message that says "Internet Explorer cannot
download..." "Internet Explorer was not able to open this
internet site. The requested site was either unavailable
or cannot be found"

This happens from even trusted sites. I have my advanced
settings all on enable too. It is intermittent, sometimes
it works (like from the microsoft site-I can download).
Other times it looks like its trying to download but
nothing happens.

I'm running IE6 SP1, I've done all of the upgrades I can
find for IE and for Office.

Please help!
