Download problem

I get this trying to download Reader 6:
"Internet Explorer cannot download AdbeRdr60_DLM_enu_full.aom from ardownload.adobe.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."


I have cleared cookies, temp files, restarted; and tried downloads from other sites with same result. IE6 opens sites; downloads photos from sites; but for example I got the above message when I tried to download a screensaver from wugnet.com.
