Can't display True Color (32 bit)

Mark

I recently bought a game that when I try to play it
says "Unsupported desktop resolution. Change windows
resolution to True Color (32 bit). This should be easy to
do but when I try to change the only options I am given is
Medium (16 bit), or High (24 bit)

I am using Windows XP and assume it should be able to
display in true color, if anyone can help me please e-mail
me at (e-mail address removed)

Thanks

Sounds like your video card can't display 32 bit color. Check the specs on
the card.

Actually, its your video driver that decides whether you can display 32-bit
color. Try upgrading to the newest driver available for your video card. If
that doesn't help, then it's possible that your video card just isn't able
to display 32-bit color. Check with the card's manufacturer to be sure.
