Can't delete subfolders or file to be written on.

Hi Everyone,
Can some one please help me. I am in the process of saving
all my photos on CD-RW disk, and now when I put in a blank CD it comes up
with the folder that needs to be written but I don't want this file and I
can't delete it. I have accidently made 17 subfolders and cannot delete any
of them. I just need a blank disk without this file. I have tried erasing the
whole disk but that doesn't work either.Help me very frustrated.

Are you attempting to utilize the built-in WIndows XP facilities to write to
this CD-RW CD?

What happens when you attempt to erase the entire CD?

What happens when you clear the 'to be written' folders?

Hi Shenan,
I am saving my photos from the CD-R to the CD-RW, the folder is
on the CD-RW disc, it is ready to be written to a cd but I can't delete it
and I have also copied 17 sub folders attached to the folder itself and I
can't delete them either.

Sharon.

Doesn't work that way; reformat the disk and it'll be empty again.

You have two CD drives?
