Can't delete "Files to be written to CD"

Once I set up files to be written to a CD-R or CD-RW, they get "stuck". No matter what I do, they cannot be removed from the Files to be written area - even after I burn a CD. Forget about changing my mind - once the files are set up to be burned, I can't delete them. It's gotten to the point where I don't even try any more. Nero works fine. Any ideas what could be causing this? I run XP Pro on a Dell 8200, plenty of RAM and HD space avail. Thanks.

Hi Nick,

Default storage is here: Documents and Settings\<username>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning

If you are using TweakUI, go to My Computer/Special Folders see what is set
for CD Burning. Make sure it is set to a folder and not a drive.

When the balloon appears: There are two commands to the left of the
displayed files. One is Copy to CD and the other is Delete Temporary Files.

If you click Delete Temporary Files, the files listed in the box will
disappear. This will not erase the files from your hard drive, it simply
removes them from being copied to the CD.
