Files waiting to be written

Rudedawg \(delete\) 1951

I dwld my MSmoney 2003 to a cd-rw. That worked fine. But
now every time I go on my pc, It keeps coming up as file
are waiting to be written, even when I delete the file,
then dump the recycle bin. When I get back on my pc, it
pops up again and again. Am I doing something wrong? I
already have it on my cd disk.
I have written many files, photos,and music to a cd with
no problems. After I'm done burning them, they do not
reappear as files waiting to be written.
What can I do to stop this reacurring promblem.
