Can't boot up

I have XP pro and when the computer boots to the welcome
screen a window pops up for 29 seconds with the
heading "User Environment" and says:
Windows cannot load the user profile but has logged you
on with the default profile for the system.
Detail: a required privelege is not held by the client.
Then it keeps rebooting to the same screen.

Jenna, i noticed you has a similar problem to me in may sometime. The one where you cant log onto msn messenger, hotmail or microsoft sites, i was wondering if you every managed to fix it.
