Not found any profile ...

I get a message on boot-up that says "Not found any profile that can match
current network environment! Do you want to create a now one?"..

If I select "Yes" and enter my user name, the message re-appears at the next
boot-up. If I ignore the message and close it, the system boots normally
anyway.
How can I stop this mesage appearing?

Ken,

Does it log you in with a temp profile?

Who is the owner of the profile & do you have permission to access it?

This is on a laptop and it uses the default profile "Profile 1"
If I go to Control Panel/System/Hardware/Hardware Profiles this is always
the only profile shown, even if I've answered "Yes" when it asks if I want to
create a new profile, and given it a new name, or if I've just ignored the
message and closed the box.

I'm the only user of this laptop, so I'm also the administrator.
