Windows Vista Can't acess Internet Options..

Hi, When I try to go to tools > internet options on internet explorer it says "This application has failed to start because ADVPACK.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

can anyone help me fix it, i dont know how to re install it

From what I can tell, advpack.dll is part of Internet Explorer ... I would go to Windows Update Site and load all security updates for IE and try again.

Use the "custom" button at WUS to make sure you can see all updates. :thumb:

I take it, this is Win XP, yes? ;)

Oh yea...i forgot theres like 8 updates but when i try to install them they keep failing...seems like vista sucks how do i fix this
