Can't access win2000 shared folder

Server description:
I have a windows 2000 server w/sp4. It is a single server
(no Domain joined), it run "Client for Microsoft
Networks", "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft
Networks", "NetBEUI Protocol" and "Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP).

Problem description:
Before
Using find computer to browse the server and double click
it. It will show shared resource (e.g. Printers, Scheduled
Tasks....)

Now
Using other computer to browse this server. After
discovery and double click it, it will display "\\hostname
is not accessible. Access is denied.".
