Can't access online banking

I can't access my online banking secure site from my
credit union page. The following window comes
up "Microsoft Internet Explorere has encountered a problem
and needs to close. Do you want to send a report?"

I've downloaded and run spybot search and destroy. Any
ideas? This seems to be the only page I can't access. My
credit union states the problem is not on their end.
Thanks
p.s., I've had spyware problems recently but I thought
spybot would clear that up.

My Comp. did the same thing 3 or 4 days ago so I downloaded netscape-7.1 and everything works fine on it

I have the same problem logging on to Commere Bank. It is the only site I can't access. I checked to make sure my cipher strength was 128, turned off pop-up blocker, shut down firewall, adjusted security settings to low and I still get "can not access this page." A CSR from the bank took me thru the back door of the site but I still couldn't access the sign on page. Anybody know what s up with this browser???
