Cannot access https

I can't seem to access any secure websites such as my
online banking. I can get to the main page to sign in, but
then I get "Page Cannot be displayed..." and at the
bottom, "Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer". I troubleshooted with my online
banking tech support and they said everything looked fine.
What else could it be???? Thanks!
