Access restricted to secured websites ie: Online banking and Work intranet

I have lost access to my online banking and my work
intranet. I have spoken to Dell, Internet provider, my
bank and even the support group at my work and no one can
help.

I have even changed the security setting to low.

Would anyone know what I can do to rectify the problem.

What happens when you try to access online banking or the intranet at work?

Is this on a machine at work?

Copy/paste the following line into an IE Addressbar, click on GO, then
copy/paste the results into your reply:

javascript:navigator.appMinorVersion

Also state your Windows version.
