Cannot view the login part of .NET passport

After i type in my info for .NET passport on my other
computer, it goes to page cannot be displayed and detect
network settings, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling
IE6 to get to defautls but it hasnt worked, no matter if
i log in from zone.com,msn.com/or hotmail.com, i cannot
log into .NET on ANY account on the other computer,
please aid me

I've had problems with MSN Passport / MSN Money 2004 all weekend.
I wake up this morning and now find Hotmail causing the same problems.
I receive the following generic message at Hotmail signin...

Type your .NET Passport sign-in e-mail address and password correctly.
Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.
