Cannot print some IE pages

Hello,

We have a problem printing some pages from internet explorer. Sometimes
they print and sometimes they don't.
They simply go to an internet page and click the print icon.

Using a Windows 2000 SBS server with HP DJ5650 on server as network printer.

Is there some way to keep this from happening ? Any help would be
appreciated.

Maybe IE is just printing the selected frame rather than the whole page.
What happens if they do a print preview first?
