cannot open file... bahh

Hi,

since some weeks I cannot download any file with MSIE. I have to copy the
link and access the files with some other browser. IE does actually download
the file, but it is not possible to save it afterwards, as the error message
comes up:

Message text: (translated from german)

<filename> from <URL> couldnt be transferred.
Could not open the internet site. It is not available or could not be found.
Try again later.


The message does of course not fit the situation.

Ans hint will be appreciated.
