Cannot access the Active Directory in Administrative Tools

I am no longer able to access the Active Directory for
Users and Computers, Sites and Service, Domains and
trusts. The error message on screen reads - "Naming
information cannot be located because: the
specified domain either does no exist or could not be
contacted. Contact your system admin to verify that your
domain is properly configured and is currently online"

Please help. Thank you.

I think the that your having DNS issues and check to see if you might have a
group policy that might have been pushed down.
