W2K Server "Naming information cannot be located

I'm not able to access the Active Directory Users and
Computers but since yesterday I cant get access and I keep
getting "Naming information cannot be located because: the
specified domain either does no exist or could not be
contacted. Contact your system admin to verify that your
domain is properly configured and is currently online"

The link below suggests a problem with the time service as one possible cause.

Otherwise it may be a dns configuration or network connectivity problem. Try running
first netdiag and then dcdiag on your domain controller looking for pertinent failed
tests/errors/fatal warnings. If you are trying to access from a domain computer other
than domain controller, first run netdiag on that computer. --- Steve
