cannot access hotmail emails in Outlook 2002

I have followed the help instructions. When I send/receive, my earthlink
account is ok as is hotmail send. For the third task, I get the error
message:
Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x800CCCF0) : 'The service is currently unavailable. Try again later.'

Hi there I have following error report when trying to download hotmail into
outlook 2003.
Same story worked one day stopped working the next and can't get it to run
again.
ANy suggestions are welcome !

I am getting the same error in 2003 with Hotmail using the HTML account setu
p. The silly part is a guy sitting in my same office is able to use the sam
e setup and his works! I will post later if I find anything..

i also have this problem in outlook 2003 pop works fine i am going to switch
to yahoo.
