Outlook 2003 & Hotmail.

I have a paid hotmail account and I can't seem to get any of my emails. The
first day it was loaded I had access and now it has gone away and has been
like that for a week.
I get the message "Hotmail: Folder: Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported
error (0x800CCF0): "The service is currently unavailable. Try again later.
The server responded 'Service unavailable'
I have access if I go through the website but I paid for this service so
that I could get it from outlook. I have tried shutting down outlook and the
whole computer. Is there a fix?

It could be that only the Outlook connection part (WebDAV) of Hotmail is
down. You can contact MSN for a connection status.

If you have IE7 installed make sure you also have this update installed;

I downloaded the fix and it still isn't working. Would the connection be down
for over a week?

It could be that only the Outlook connection part (WebDAV) of Hotmail is
