Hello can anyone help me i keep getting an error message that comes up.
error in winsock module connection structure unknown
then it says possible reason your firewall and/or antivirus application
block the system-file:smss.exe
csrss.exe
services.exe
They are the errors comming up can anyone help please
from dale.

Start>Run and type (always without the quotes) "cmd". On the nuew screen, type
"netsh winsock reset" and reboot.

Have you taken Heed of the "Reason" yet?
Tried disconnecting your FireWall yet? (and anything else
the error msg mentioned)
