HELLO

Every time when i turn on my PC the following dialog boxs comes up "

RUNDLL Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\jfdrvcov.dll
&
RUNDLL Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\dancbikb.dll

The specified module could not be found."

This appears to coincide with upgading and removing a
virus guard and another program ( i used theADD/REMOVE programs)

I have tried SYSTEM RESTORE but no past dates are listed ,

Since this happened i installed WINDOWS LIVE ONECARE abut still this issue
keeps comming up .

Can anyone advise of what module is, is it requied and if so how do I get it
back. Or if not requires how to get rid of dialog box every time I turn PC
on.

1. We cannot help in detail because you did not
describe symptoms. It sounds as if you get these
2 error messages and the PC then boots OK.

2. If so, be reassured that defective uninstal routines
sometimes leave behind file calls to files they have
already delleted -- so then we get these error messages
at every boot, although they indicate no harm. You can
simply remove the file call, if you can find it:
2a. in one of your INI filles
(found via / Find / file / *.INI with contents (string) "jfdrvcov"
2b. or in the Registry via REGEDIT / Edit / Find
If you locate a bogus file call in an INI file, deactivate it
by typing a semicolon and space in the leftmost position
of that line (so in case of error you can reactivate it again.)
If you locate a file call in a Registry key, export a copy
of that key before you delete it (so you can reimport it etc.)

Post more details here. We want to know what harm
happens (if any.)

Your Anti-virus removed the viral infection but still in the Root
system and on the Registry, please perform the cleaning steps to make sure
nothing lurking in the background to revive the infestation back to action!.

1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.

I have done this and restarted pc , errors still come up when pc is loading
,
I understand what you need me to do , but i thought that after i did this
they would not come up and then i should add 1 at a time non Verified Add-Ons
and see when the problems occur and then i by process of elimanation find the
culprit and either update or remove , is this the correct procedure ?

I already have scaned and installed the autoruns ready to complete steps .
Please advise and thank you again for all you knowledgable help

Yes try one at a time and reboot your machine.

Don't listen to the others who say registry cleaners are "snake oil". To fix
your issue automatically, download CCleaner from here
http://www.ccleaner.com/ install it and when you run it select the registry
icon on the left to clean your registry. Let it fix all but choose to backup
when prompted. Your problem should be fixed.
