Can RAS and IIS be on same server?

I currently have two modems in one of my DC's set up for RRAS inbound
dialing. It is causing problems with the server and the network. I only have
one member server that I would consider moving the modems and RAS service
to.

Would there be any issue with combining RRAS on our IIS server (Win 2K and
IIS 5)? It is used for Intranet/Extranet access to OWA and some departmental
info pages. It also houses a Cumulus image database and SurfControl. Does
anyone think RAS
would negatively impact the performance and security on this server?

Running two incoming dialups shouldn't put much strain on anything.

The main problem with running it on a DC (especially your first or only
DC) is that youe server becomes multihomed as soon as a remote client
connects (and the server acquires an extra IP for the "internal" interface).
If you are having name resolution or browsing problems, see KB 289735 and
292822.

Yes. Multihomming is why I need RAS off the DC. I guess my question is
really will multihomming pose a problem for an IIS server?

Mulithoming should not affect a IIS server. As previously stated the main
issue seen with multihoming is when a DC is multihomed, browsing is
unreliable.
