Cached Exchange Mode

Dear all,

I have one user has more than 268 MB on his mail box. suddenly the
outlook 2003 with the cached Exchange Mode Enabled doesn't
display the messages on his inbox folder but it displays the sent items
and other folders.

nothing changed in his oulook configuration since last time
he checked his email.

then I deselected (disable) the Cached mode and it works fine as
before.
my problem is that I can't keep this feature disabled because
this user needs to check his email offline.

is anyone can help in this?

When the user is in cached mode and goes to the inbox, does the right side
switch to a gray panel stating the folder can't be displayed? If yes, that
could be due to a corrupted view. Try starting Outlook 1 time with the
/cleanviews command line switch.
