browsing to insert hyperlinks & file links

When inserting a file or hyperlink into Outlook 2003, I have noticed that some machines have a browse options and other machines do not. Does anyone know how to force all of the machines to have a browse button to insert hyperlinks of file links? The only difference between the machines that have the browse button, and those that don't, is that the ones that do are a member of a domain. All help would be appreciated!

Hi Brian and Andreas

I am having this problem too, also with machines on a domain. Andreas, the
link you provided goes to an item about using Outlook to open hyperllinks -
not sure if this is the same location as when you wrote this post. The
problem is not being able to browse to a location to insert the hyperlink.
Brian, did you ever find a solution to this one?
