Insert Hyperlinks

A user in our company has a slight problem when inserting Hyperlinks.
Normally when we insert Hyperlinks in a mail, a window opens allowing the
user to browse to the folder / file they want as a hyperlink. For one user
this is not the case, a window opens which only allows them to type in the
Hyperlink.
We are running Outlook 2003.

Thanks in advance

Roady,
Unfortunately the user is using Word 2002 and Outlook 2003. Therefore the
option to use Word is not accessible. Is it possible to use Word 2002 as the
email editor??

Thanks
Murray
