Blocked Access

I have just sent myself some Access .mdb files from work to home. In my home
inbox the message is visible with the paperclip for attachement but when I
open the e-mail the header says:

"Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments:
*.mdb"

Can I stop this happening in future and more importantly can I still get
access to these files in this e-mail. These are important files I need to
open. Why should Outlook block another MS Office format file, well done Bill!!

Thanks for any suggestions,

Why should Word disable macros in other Word documents? The same argument
applies there. Since we all KNOW that Word documents can contain macro
viruses, it's certainly appropriate for Word to disable macros in documents.
Similarly, it's appropriate for Outlook to disable unfettered access to MDB
files, since they're access files than also can contain malware.
