Blank message body

Ever since we upgraded Outlook 2002 to 2003, users have been complaining
about incoming message bodies being blank. This happens only in Outlook but
not OWA and it happens intermittently. Sometimes the users can see the body
disapperaing as they open the message. Looks like Anti-virus or Outlook or IE
bug to me.

We are using Norton Corporate Edition 7.61 as our client anti-virus
solution. Microsoft advised that we remove the LDVP add-in. While it looks
like it help some people as they are not getting blank message anymore, it
has not eliminate the probelm as there are still users out there that are
getting blanks. The local site administrator thinks that it only happens if
the email is send to large number of users.

Has anybody seem this issue?

One thing to check is to make sure if their email format is plain text that
the font is not white. Don't laugh, I've seen it on more than one occasion!

I am having sim. problems. Had it in the past, went away, now it is back.
Intermittent. I cant even get a pattern locked down to be able to
troubleshoot.
