I have this problem with my computer, ,just before the loading part of
startup the screen goes black with a little cursor (like in command),
but i couldn't type or do anything so i restart and it does it again,
then i found out when i restart and enter the system settings (F10) and
set everything to default then save it works again, but next time i
turn it on it does it again
I really need help on this one

Hi,

Change the CMOS battery, that is why it is not saving any changes. Just open
the case and look on the motherboard for the battery, it's about the size of
a US nickel. replacements can be found pretty much anywhere they sell watch
and camera batteries. Just make sure to unplug the machine while you work on
it.

Just in case Rick doesn't come back for a while - no, how can anyone be
"totally sure" about a computer that we are only reading about and have
never seen? Be reasonable. From your description of the problem, Rick
correctly surmised that replacing the CMOS battery is probably the
answer and I agree with him. But we can't be *totally* sure. You're
going to have to try it.

Open your computer and look at the battery. You can take it with you
when you go to the shop or just write down the number of it - make a
little drawing. In the US, these batteries are commonly available at
any store that sells batteries - hardware stores, computer stores,
electronics stores. They normally cost less than $5USD (cheap).
Naturally we can't know what is available to you where you live, but
Egypt has cities and so unless you are out in the back of beyond there
are probably stores where you can buy a battery.
