AVI Video captured w/ low audio

Unfortunately I recently interviewed three people on video for a retirement
video, 2 out of the three have EXTREAMLY poor audio quality... I am almost
finished with the video as a whole.... How can I improve the audio on those
two video clips?! I have increased the volume on the clip, but that is not
enough... still very faint. ANY suggestions welcome!!!

Unfortunately there is little you can do, if you start with poor audio/video
your stuck with it.

Do you have an audio editing software?
If so, save the audio as a wmv file and import it into this and work on it
there, you often can higher the volume more.
If you don't have one, look at Audacity, free and linked from here
