How to keep audio and video in sync?

I'm working on a video project where I have added a number of individual
audio/music clips. I have spent a lot of time on synchronizing the audio
clips with the video.

Now I need to add an extra video clip at the very beginning. When I do this,
all the video clips move but my audio clips stay at the original location on
the timeline and all my sync work is wasted.

Is there a way to lock the audio clips to the video clips so they don't get
out of sync when I add more video material?

Thanks, John. Good workaround in this particular case.

However, in general it's annoying that you apparently can't lock audio to
video. Would be a good feature for MS to add to next version of Movie Maker.
