autoplay opens folder not copy dialog

hi i am having problems with the autoplay for some reason
it thinks my camera contains music files or something
because on autoplay it opens the folder on the camera
drive and doesnt recognize it as a digital camera. i went
to properties changed the settings. downloaded the
windows fix tool (everything looked ok) went to edit the
registry (correct values were already there) tried
uninstalling the drivers and letting it reinstall and
still comes up with the folder not copy dialog... any
help would be greatly appreciated

What are the options in the Autoplay window?
Do you get "View as slide show", "Print Pictures" ?

This is my problem 2. I get all the options, slide show,
pictures etc. but can only open with music also, so i am
waiting for someone to post an answer for this question
also. Patiently waiting for our knight ot knightess in
armour.

autoplay is set to manual, so u need to go to contol
panel, administrive tools, scroll down to removal disk.
highlight, right click, properties, set to automatic
instead of manual press apply, press start. When finished
ok and close then restart comp. Turn on your camera when
windows as loaded and then go to my comp and click on
removable disk in my case it is F when it opens you will
see folders where your pics are open up and look at you
pics. Lovely. This worked for me, got it from my camera
co.
