Autoplay Dialog Box Problem

The Autoplay dialog box, if that is the correct terminology, has begun to
turn on, complete with the searching flashlight, stays on for a few seconds,
goes off a few seconds, then back on, etc., etc.

I have rebooted the computer, but still have the problem./

Any help offered will be greatly appreciated.
