Can someone please let me know if there is a way to set up an auto out of
office reply on windows mail?

No, there is not. The best you can do is use Message Rules. Doing so will
require that your PC be left on, running, and logged in the entire time
you're away, plus any event that may prompt a message box wanting input from
you and even the briefest power interruption will disable it.

There is no automatic reply, unless you want to use message rules.

The best place to set a Out of Office or Vacation reply is on your email
provider's server. Most have a place to enable it on their webmail page.
