In general that needs to be done at your ISP mail server, not in the client
(vista mail). Use your web access to your mail and look there for the
option.
Windows Mail does not include that capability.
You could set up a message rule to do so, but it is fraught with
problems, such as:
a) Having to leave your PC turned on 24/7 while away, a slight fire hazard.
b) Any power interruption or Windows update/hiccup will upset the scheme.
c) You will be replying to spammers, some of whom who would love to know
that you're not home, thus a target for a burglary.
