Accessing Multiple Web sites

How do I enable my computer to bring up two or more web
sites at the same time. ie....on Netscape, i was able to
minimize a web site and access another without the first
site closing. On IE, when bringing up the second web
site, the first one closes. Thank You

In IE, go to: Tools > Internet options > Advanced

De-select "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"
