Access to secure websites only

Hi,

Periodically, something happens with Internet Explorer
and it will begin only accessing secure websites. If I
try to go to a non-secure site, it says "this page cannot
be found," as if I have lost my net connection. I end up
having to do a restore in order to fix the problem...I
don't know what is causing it...any suggestions??? Thanks

Your TIF index may be damaged. Start with a new one.

Delete/Empty Temporary Internet Cache completely
