hello there. i'm currently using windows XP pro. recently i encountered the
same problem alot of others r experiencing

when i click on links, or some java pop-ups, I'll get an error
message saying "MS Visual C++ Runtime Library" and then it lists the path to
iexplore.exe, and says "abnormal program termination". Then it shuts down all
the explorer windows I have open. It's really annoying.

i have tried all that has been offered, ad ware etc in safe mode and also
deleted common names. now my computer is practically free from common names.
and also i deleted the one in the registry as well. its really annoying me. i
can't seem to stay long enough on a webpage b4 tis annoying msg starts
popping up..
