7 in 1 multi reader

I just bought a couple of Mitsumi 7 in 1 multi-card
reader (floppy, MMC, SD, MS, SM, CF, and microdrive).
After installing the drive everything works fine except
the floppy drive, the light comes on and you can hear the
disk spinning up but everytime i get the dialog
box "Insert a disk into drive A:" I have tried several
xp formatted disk but nothing seems to work.

Please Help,

If the light is on all the time, you need to reverse one end
of the 34 pin cable to the floppy.
