0x00040820 Errors in background synchronisation.

Hello,
I am getting this error message when I try to sync mail. It only
synchronises up to 1/5/05. I see the mail when I am online, but not when it
is offline or using cached mode. I am running outlook 03 SP1 with exchange
2000.
I have tried recreating the mail profile and ost file but still getting the
same problem. The ost file is 850mb. I ahve also run a fix in office.
I have looked at the article "306076" but this did not help.
Any suggestions would be good.....
