outlook 2003 synchronization errors - 8004011B-3EE-8004011B-560

Hi,

I have a user that when their Cached Exchange Mode is on its not updating
the inbox past a certain date.

I have created a new profile and also deleted the OST file on the computer
but it just sets up a new one with the same error.

I also have "Waiting to update this folder" constantly on the status bar.

Also I have tried the OST Repair service but get the following error :

13:25:52 Error synchronizing folder

13:25:52 [8004011B-3EE-8004011B-560]

13:25:52 Unknown Error.

13:25:52 Microsoft Exchange Server

I'm have come to a end on this one and as I have just started here this is
not looking good for me.

Is there anyone that can please help me on this.

At this point it might be good to start looking at the Event Viewer on the
Exchange server. There could be some database corruption that needs your
attention.

Hi,

I have just started here and the application logs are not logging. Can you
advise on how to reactivate this as the filters are ticked to log all events
but there is nothing there.

Also is there any Patches or things that I may need to the Exchange server
... ?

In addition :

If I'm offline I can download the HEaders only but it would not allow the
opening of the email.

As soon as I go online they go and I'm again left with nothing.

All depends on your Exchange server and not Outlook. If you just started
there, start with analyzing the health and status of the Exchange server. If
that is not your job, ask the mail admin.

Discussing the Exchange is off-topic for this newsgroup. Questions about
Exchange can be posted in the Exchange newsgroup. That's also where the
Exchange experts hang out.
