Does anyone know what this file is for and how I can get
rid of it permanently? I delete it and it returns and I
think it is responsible for messages that keep popping up
in a small window that says "Down" or "dwn" and I can
only select OK or close. Any help would be appreciated.

I love Google. Put in a search term like "zzb.exe" and you find out it
pops up on all sorts of spyware-related sites. So, you probably have
some sort of unpleasant malware on your system. Remove spyware with
Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
Mode. These are free programs, and it's a good idea to run both of them
since they complement each other. I think this particular problem is
caused by spyware, but you should also be sure you've got a current
(post-2002 version using updated definitions) antivirus installed, too.

hi, i have the same popups that started on 3/1 and i 've tried all the spyware removeres that people suggested (and then some) and also ran norton. nothing is working. hopefully someone knows how to get rid of this

It's probably being caused a hacker getting in using Windows Messenger
