how to remove certain pop ups for good

I keep getting this pop up from starbond or something like that my security
spyware says it is safe i don't like the picture it shows it is not
completley nuditdy but the pictures are not appropriate for me how can i pin
point target of that pop up and block it permanently

Hi again - your computer is probably infested with malware/spyware.
