Zune install

[zune need help]

I'm running Windows Home ed. keep getting. error message

Installation Failed

Setup must stop because the required package 'Zune' failed to install.

Could not access network location SystemFolder.

Error code: 0x080070643

So--did you try installing the package which is linked to in the article at
the URL you cited below:

I am having the exact same problem with the same message, I did go to where I
was instructed with no fix unfortunately. I am running Vist home premium
with SP1 installed, all my updates are installed.

Unfortunately, this is not a Zune support forum--I've seen one, but never
worked with the software, so I've no idea how to fix this.

I have the same error message. I have talked to support on the phone for a
total of over 2 hours, and none of it has helped. I also tried everything on
that link. Nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm afraid I don't have anything more to suggest.

Given your experience so far, I'd think that reading and/or posting in the
support forum, assuming that link is still correct--is most likely to do you
good.

Sometimes peer support will have experience with fixes that the paid support
staff won't have at their fingertips...
