Zub - Newsgroup Binary Loader

"downloading multi-part files from news groups. It is not a
news reader, it is a specialized program for downloading files
uuencoded in news articles. The program has been run on
Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT. It has been tested
with both dialup and LAN internet connections. It has not been
tested with AOL. The program speaks to the news server in NNTP
protocol. If AOL support this, it will work. If AOL is using
something proprietary, then it will not work."

This looks very interesting; I'm surprised not to have heard of it
before. Very small size, no install; having found the place in the
release notes that mentions yEnc support, I reckon to give it a test
drive next week.
