Zoom and open in new window features missing.

I got a new machine with WinXP and IE 6.0.2800.1106 with the latest updates.
The right-click menu is missing 2 items from IE 6.0.2800 on my Win98 machine.
"Open in a new window" and "Zoom In & Zoom Out"
Can anyone help me get these back?
