Missing "Video Effects" choices

P

I have Windows XP Home (SP2), Windows Movie Maker version 2.1.4026.0. This
should all be the latest. No windows updates available; I'm current.

When using WMM, I am missing video effects choices that others seem to have
with the same version of WMM.

I don't have the following effects listed in my available list:

Pan, Upper Left to Upper Right
Pan, Upper Right to Upper Left
Zoom in, to Lower Left
Zoom in, to Lower Right
Zoom in, to Upper Left
Zoom in, to Upper Right
Zoom out, from Lower Left
Zoom out, from Lower Right
Zoom out, from Upper Left
Zoom out, from Upper Right
Zoom, Focus Lower Left
Zoom, Focus Lower Right
Zoom, Focus Upper Left
Zoom, Focus Upper Right

I would like to be able to use these effects on inserted jpg images within
my movies.

I seem to have plenty of the other video effects to choose from, just none
of these listed above.

Thanks ahead of time for any feedback on this. What do I need to do?

MM 2.6 is for Vista users.

OP states "I have Windows XP Home (SP2), Windows Movie Maker version 2.1.4026.0"
which is the correct version for WinXP

Here's some info from my website's Edit Movies > Effects page...

The Media Center 2005 version of Windows XP has a dozen additional zoom
effects.

These extras are in wmm2fxpz.dll and wmm2fxpz.xml files included in the
Setup disc 2 of the operating system. Both files are in the Shared\AddOnTFX
folder and the dll needs to be registered.
