Video Effects Disappeared

I opened my MM recently and I've noticed that some of my video effects were
gone. They were all there the last time I opened it, which was about 2,3
months ago. Can someone tell me how to get them back?

The missing video effects:

Pan, Upper Left to Upper Right
Pan, Upper Right to Upper Left
Zoom in, to Lower Left
Zoom in, to Lower Right
Zoom in, to Upper Left
Zoom in, to Upper Right
Zoom out, from Lower Left
Zoom out, from Lower Right
Zoom out, from Upper Left
Zoom out, from Upper Right
Zoom, Focus Lower Left
Zoom, Focus Lower Right
Zoom, Focus Upper Left
Zoom, Focus Upper Right

Have you run any of anti-virus, spyware, adware, malware scans?

Some of these have been known to remove MM's transitions, so if you use
these types of apps you need to be careful what you tell them to discard.

I have Norton Internet Security which randomly pops up and starts a scan. I
don't tell it to do anything, I usually stop the scan because it's annoying.
So is there no way to get my video effects back?

I was afraid of that. My computer never came with any CD's, including the
Windows XP CD. What are my other options?
