I received the following from my ISP.
Great News! XXX is now providing ZoneAlarm® Security
Suite software to all XXX Internet customers.
This award-winning software is available to you for Free -
to help ensure that your Internet experience is
as worry-free as possible.
ZoneAlarm Security Suite software includes the following
features:
* Firewall - world-class firewall designed to protect
your computer from malicious attacks (like hackers
and Trojan viruses).
* Anti-virus - use to guard against viruses and worms
and provides even greater protection when
combined with MTS's free Email Virus Scan.
* Anti-spyware - detects and removes spyware,
which gathers information about your web surfing
habits and can slow down your computer.
* Privacy Protection - helps protect against
identity theft. Alerts you when certain personal
information is about to leave your computer through
the Internet or e-mail and lets you block the
transmission. Helps prevent hackers from modifying
files and sending users to fraudulent Web sites.
* Instant messaging security - Message Encryption
secures IM (Instant Messaging) conversation,
blocks spam from anyone not on your approved contact
list, and can disable potentially dangerous
IM features such as file sharing, streaming video, and
streamingaudio.
* Parental Controls (Content Filter) - allows you to
manage which websites are viewable
from your computer. Use it with our premium Internet
Parental Controls or Professional Content Filter
services for even greater filtering options.
* Mail Safe - this service helps protect your computer
from email fraud schemes and annoying
spam messages. When used with XXX's free Email Spam
Filter you'll have even greater protection.
* Pop-up Blocker - stop annoying pop-up advertising.

The current price is &59.95 and the uddates are $24.95 annually the
way I read it at the ZoneLabs site. My ISP assures me that the updates
will be free. Sounds like a great deal. Do other ISP's do this? Any
serious problems with this package?
