Zone Alarm

I've been trying without any success to get help from Zone Alarm on this
issue so am asking here. I subscribe to Zone Alarm anti-virus. I bought a
new computer and am trying to set up the software on the new computer. I
installed ZA anit-virus. When I bring up the screen for it, I see a screen
with the border of ZA but no tabs or options. It's basically a blank page.
I've uninstalled and clean installed the program a couple of times but
nothing works. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

ZA does have a forum that you can post to. What it is I don't know.
